What did she talk about ?
Before she came on, the ladies were talking about the Michael Jackson trial. Laura was yelling at the monitor backstage because she thought it was outrageous that a parent would even allow their child to sleep over at Jackson’s house ! She mentioned that she has a 14 year old son and 3 year old daughter and she’d never agree to that just because he is a celebrity.
They asked her if she had her choice of woman to "have an affair with" on the show who would it be and she said Meryl Streep for her depth and talent and Angelina Jolie for the sex !
Laura was openly totally drooling over women in this interview ! (Barbara Walters touched one of the other guest host’s breasts just before Laura came on. Barbara remarked how beautiful her breasts where and grabbed them). She said Laura’s breast’s were beautiful too and she reached out but didn’t actually touch her. Laura stuck out her chest and said "Come on Babs ! I’m just getting warmed up !" She was hilarious !

Who would Laura like to see guest star on ER ? Cherry
Jones, an openly gay actress Laura had recently seen on
Broadway in the play "Doubt" and she again said, (grinning
like crazy) "and of course Meryl Streep and Angelina Jolie
for my own private reasons !"
She was asked if she’d rather be doing drama or
comedy if she did another series and she said "comedy". (In
the Craig Kilborn late show interview she did a couple of
years ago she said she’d rather do drama and she
seemed pretty sure of it. I have to wonder if she’s
just getting sick of being thought of as a bitch all the
time... I totally don’t think Kerry is but some
idiots do...)
She talked about Noah Wyle’s farewell party and how
they showed clips over the years and how her hairstyle has
changed so many times since season 2... Said that she WILL
be back next season although she didn’t specify if it
was going to be the same deal as this season or if she will
actually appear for more than 13 episodes and 5 seconds per
episode !
She plugged the breast cancer
awareness charity stuff she and the other ladies of ER will
be doing and showed a silk scarf that I assume will be sold
to raise funds. They’ll be doing talks and photo
shoots...
That’s about it for the interesting stuff. It was a
nice interview and Laura was so funny, flirty and cute !!
Is she doing more publicity ?
She didn’t say exactly but I would assume we will be
seeing more of her working on the breast cancer awareness
campaign which will be going on all year. I know that we
will get to see some nice photos in ads that will appear in
various magazines in the fall.
Did she talk about directing ?
Not really... Just that she had been doing a little
directing plus acting this year.
Did she say anything about her/Kerry’s future
in/on ER ?
Nope. Just that she will be coming back next season.
